Aufgabenbereiche:

During your internship you will receive a valuable insight into an international service company operating in the luxury real estate industry. You will become familiar with a diverse range of responsibilities.

Marketing:

• A high-level overview of multi-marketing real estate methods; national/local campaign management
• Assistance in the production of marketing material and website updating
• Participating in market analysis, mailing and operational procedures
• Attend advisor meetings, trainings and presentations
• Assist Advisors in preparation of listing presentation material
• Create/enhance company and agent social media platforms and review analytics

Business administration:

• Communication with advisors, prospects and vendors as needed
• Support of our team in their daily sales efforts
• Researching necessary records and statistics and general data gathering
• Assistance with agent recruitment campaigns
• Assist the Office Administrator throughout Advisor Onboarding Processes

Anforderungen:

• At least six months available to complete the full internship
• Good English skills; additional languages preferred
• A high degree of commitment and a strong sense of team spirit
• Good manners and an amiable personality
• Experience working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of common social media platforms
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to absorb information within a short time-frame
• Strong communication skills

We are an independent publisher dedicated to promoting family life by creating and distributing high quality materials about families. We disseminate accurate information about attachment parenting, breastfeeding, safe sleep and other important and timely subjects. Our goal is to bring materials to the market that parents love, children enjoy, teachers appreciate, and parenting professionals value.

Our interns assist in all aspects of a small publishing house including manuscript evaluation, editorial, marketing, sales, inventory management, and administration.
Duties may include:

• reading and critiquing manuscripts
• photo and illustration research
• contacting bloggers, reviewers, and media
• editing and copyediting materials
• supporting the launch of new titles
• assisting with arranging author appearances and events
• supporting trade show endeavors
• maintaining various media, customer and other lists
• writing press releases and website copy
• packaging orders
• helping support the work of the office

Anforderungen:

• Strong computer skills are an advantage (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Suite or Illustrator, database software).
• Applicant should have good communication skills and be able to handle a wide range of tasks.
• Candidates fluent in more than one language are especially encouraged to apply.

We offer a Business Development internship focusing on the following fields:

• Marketing and client communication
• Data, Development and Fundraising
• Programs assistance

Sample tasks an intern may perform:

• assistance with data collection (in person, phone or email), data entry into CRM and data reporting and analysis
• research of small business laws and policies, social and demographic trends, marketing innovations and data tools
• support the Development and Programs departments

Anforderungen:

• Background in Business, Communications, Social Science, Public Management or Public Policy
